MY EXPERIENCE
Bhivpuri is approximately 100 kilometers away from Mumbai. It took us not more than 3 hours to get to there. We were four of us, in my Volkswagen Polo.
We left in the morning, and were only halfway there when my motion sickness kicked in. My excitement that lasted the whole night, ended with my puke. But thankfully, it didn’t last long and I felt better.
We took a break at McDonalds, grabbed a bite, had some Red Bull and were back on track to witness some fun and adventure.
We couldn’t wait to get there, and the roads just didn’t agree with our enthusiasm. Our car couldn’t deal with the off-road terrain and drove into a deep pit. Our tyre was bent and we had to fix it before moving forward. Somehow after much drama, we reached the spot and spent the rest of the evening having fun and enjoying the thrills of nature.
We went swimming and trekked up to the top-most waterfall point. Then we came back down and trekked up the opposite hill. The view of the waterfall from far away was as beautiful. We walked down to the parking spot, changed our clothes and left for Mumbai.
I hope you liked my blog, and you do visit Bhivpuri waterfall. But also remember to respect nature and do not litter. Until then, Live Your Life – Live Your Dream.
